Creavit embarked on its journey in 2003 as a do-it-yourself store, gradually expanding its operations to encompass wholesale activities in 2005. Presently, Creavit Belgium has emerged as a prominent wholesaler specializing in sanitary and heating installation materials within Belgium. With an extensive reach, they successfully deliver and export their products to 10 different countries, offering an impressive selection of over 1800 diverse products. Housed within a remarkable 10,000 square meter warehouse located in Mechelen, Creavit Belgium maintains a staggering stock of over 500,000 products, facilitating more than 100 daily shipments.
Similarly, Belrad BV has established itself as a renowned wholesaler within the heating industry in Belgium. Sharing the same expansive warehouse in Mechelen, Belrad boasts an extensive inventory exceeding 300,000 products. With a satisfied customer base exceeding 1000, Belrad efficiently conducts shipments to over 10 countries.
Established in 1978, R.I.A boasts over 7000 diverse products, offering comprehensive solutions for all your sanitary and heating projects. From fixtures to installation materials, they have everything you need to bring your vision to life.
In 2024, Creavit, Belrad and R.I.A. joined forces and they are now part of Versa Group. Thus, we had to merge 3 storefronts, each managing its own SAP Business One account, into only one webshop that to consolidates their operations into a unified platform. Each storefront had its own design, structure and functionalities that had to be merged into one.
Given the diverse range of products, customer accounts, discounts, and stock associated with each company, a complex logic had to be devised to ensure the accurate application of these elements in their respective locations. Our development efforts focused on implementing this intricate system to guarantee seamless functionality and proper synchronization across the unified webshop, enabling efficient management of Belrad, Creavit and R.I.A. operations.
We created a modern and fast webshop, connected with only one instance of SAP, with different views depending on the customer needs: catalog mode (the user cannot see prices, stocks or they cannot order them) and with all the individual functionalities that each company had.
